Instructions for use:

1. Before use, place in boiling water for about 8 minutes.
2. Bend the metal plates in the bag once or twice, causing the liquid to crystallize.
3. The hand warmer will now heat up to 50 to 55 degrees Celsius, and then cool down in about 1 hour, depending on the outside temperature.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 to use it again.
